You can cancel your order at no cost before receiving the Dispatch Confirmation Email. Individual items in a multi-item order can be canceled without affecting the entire order.

1. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
   For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account.
   If returned under our 30-Day Money Back Policy (not applicable on solitaires above INR 3 lakh, customized products, or coins), refunds will be credited to your Celant Cash account or your bank account, as preferred.

2. Orders made using special discount codes (e.g. FLAT05, LOVE10, DIWALI15) must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
